With a long list of ingredients, it can be hard to figure out which tuna steak to make for a taco bowl.
But if you’re looking for something a little different, here’s a quick recipe for a tuna-wrapped steak.
A lot of people will think it’s a simple tuna steak.
But there’s so much going on here that it’s actually really fun to try.
Ingredients: 1 head of white tuna, sliced into 1/4-inch thick pieces 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 tablespoons white vinegar 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, plus extra for garnish Directions: Cut a large tuna steak into bite-size pieces.
Place one side of the steak on a plate, with a small cut on each side.
Top with a slice of avocado, cilantro and cilantro.
Top each piece with a half a lime, a squeeze of lemon juice and a squeeze or two of cilantro (optional).
Serve immediately with the rest of your meal.
Recipe Notes: If you like your tuna steak a little more tangy, add a dash of lemon zest and garlic powder.
This can also be substituted for lime juice and vinegar.
