Scallop Recipes

Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or other cheese) 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallops (about 1 1/3 cups) 1 large egg, beaten 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (optional) 1 cup chopped scallop, cut into bite sized pieces Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.

Add scallopes and whisk to combine.

Pour scalloped mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly over the top.

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove scallope from oven and cut into small pieces.
