Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic powder and salt.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Add chicken, olive oil, and garlic to the skillet and cook, stirring, until chicken is browned on one side, about 3 minutes.
Add mozzies and Parmesan to the pan.
Stir until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
Add basil and parsley and stir until cheese has melted.
Stir in the goat cheese and cook until cheese becomes creamy, about 30 seconds.
Add Parmesan and mozzie mixture and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Recipe Notes This recipe was inspired by this one, which also has a recipe for sausage gravy.
It uses chicken in the filling.
This is a great recipe to serve at your next dinner party or event, or to use in a sandwich or pie crust.
You could even serve this at the table and enjoy the leftover chicken.
3/4 cup parmesano cheese can be substituted for mozzy cheese if desired.
Use your favorite cheese of choice to make your chicken pizza crust.
I used goat’s mozz, but you could use any kind of cheese you want.
