Mexico rice recipe: Easy, delicious and healthy!

The recipe below, which has been adapted from a book by the writer and cookbook author, is an easy and delicious way to make Mexican rice.

I have not used the recipe in my life, but it is very close to the recipe and the book is available on Amazon.

In my opinion, it’s better than anything you’ll find in a restaurant.

I used rice flour, which I normally avoid because of its high sugar content.

I think the recipe would be good in a stir fry or in tacos, too.
