Ingredients: 6 oz ground beef, or chuck roast, cubed 1 onion, diced 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs, like oregano, thyme, sage, and rosemary 1 tsp garlic powder 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp olive oil, for frying 2 oz chopped fresh basil, chopped 1/8 cup chopped tomatoes, diced 2 tbsp red onion, chopped 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, chopped Directions: Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef to skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add onions and garlic to skillet, cook until onions soften, about 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, and cook for about 5 more minutes.
Stir in cheese, herbs, and spices and cook over medium-low heat until cheese melts, about 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and red onion and cook a few more minutes, until tomatoes are cooked through.
