Wash and cut the garlic cloves into small pieces.

Mix the garlic, water and flour together.3 of the flour is to coat the garlic and make a dough.4 of the dough is to make a ball and roll out on a floured surface.5 of the remaining flour is left over.6.
Roll out the remaining dough to about 1/4 inch thick.7.
