The ingredients are all you need for this delicious dish, and all you really need for your next party or potluck.

You will need ricotta cheese, flour, milk and butter.

Ingredients: For the lasagna: 1/2 cup ricotta, shredded 1 cup brownie mix 1 cup plain milk 1/4 cup flour 1/8 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar 1 egg 1 egg yolk 1 tsp salt, more to taste 1 tbsp water Directions: Preheat oven to 190C/350F.

Grease and flour a baking tray, if using, or a large non-stick baking sheet.

Make the lasagne according to the recipe in the packet.

Brush each tray with some of the melted butter.

Make sure to brush each tray of ricotta evenly with the melted melted butter and flour mixture.

Roll each tray out on a flat surface to a length of about 30cm/18 inches.

Bake for about 20 minutes until the ricotta is bubbling.

Let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.

Make a batch of lasagne by placing a 1cm/2 inch/5cm deep indentation in the middle of each tray.

Using a spoon, press the ricotto mixture through the indentation and into the bottom of the tray.

Cut into 12 wedges, and sprinkle with sugar, a little more salt if desired.

Make your own brownie sauce.

Add 1/3 cup milk, 1/6 cup flour and 1/10 tsp salt.

Set aside for 10 minutes.

Once cooled, make the lasange by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl, and making sure the mixture is well mixed.

Roll the lasagnes out into a cylinder, and bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

If you like, you can also chill the lasagnas for a few hours.

Serve the lasangnes hot or at room temperature, if desired, or you can serve the lasages on the side, if you prefer. Enjoy!
