How to Make Easy Lasagna Recipe with a Spaghetti Squash Recipe

A creamy and flavorful lasagna with a spiced tomato sauce.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti squash, shredded 1 1 1 / 2 cups cooked white or red kidney beans 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup white or yellow onion, chopped 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 1.5 cups frozen spaghetti squash 1 tablespoon butter, melted 1/3 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Directions: Heat oven to 425°F.

Grease a baking sheet with olive oil spray.

Heat 1/5 cup of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the spaghetti squash.

Cook, tossing often, until soft and slightly browned, about 3 minutes.

Add beans and onion and cook, tossing, until onion is tender and browned.

Add cumin, oreganos, salt, and pepper and cook until onion becomes fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Stir in the shredded Parmesan and remaining 1/6 cup of tomato sauce, cooking until it thickens and is no longer sticking to the bottom of the pan, about 1 minute.

Add shredded cheese and cook for another minute.

Serve immediately.
