I used to love the chicken parmeans and mashed potatoes recipe.
But, after making my own version of the baked potato, I’ve realized that I really love the potato baked potato.
I’ve made it a few times and it always gets a great flavor.
The mashed potatoes and chicken parmesean are the perfect combination of the classic potato and the chicken, so I’m sharing them below with you.
These are the same recipe that I used when I made my version of mashed potatoes.
I also used leftover mashed potatoes from my favorite potato soup recipes and mashed them up for a simple, delicious, and filling chicken parmo.
The potato baked potatoes can be prepared ahead of time and reheated in the oven at a later time, and you can serve them immediately.
If you like your potato baked, try adding some sweet potato slices to the potatoes for extra flavor.
