If you want a more traditional breakfast, I highly recommend making this simple vegan soup, which is also low in calories and fat.
Here’s how to make this easy breakfast: 1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2.
Chop up the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Add the egg and a pinch of salt.
Add in the chopped bacon, chopped carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
When done, stir in some of the vegetables, and serve with your favorite veggies and bacon.
You can make this soup in the morning or night, and it will taste great in the middle of the day.
You could make this vegan soup ahead of time and freeze it for the week ahead.
It is also delicious in the afternoon, when you need a quick breakfast before heading out for work.
