How to make a keto cake with a glaze recipe

Ingredients:1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 egg, 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1 cup almond butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 Tbsp coconut oil, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature, at least 1 1/2 cups sugar, at max 2 teaspoons granulated sugars, 1 1-ounce package of chocolate chips (see recipe), 2 cups shredded coconut, 1 large egg, 2-3 cups sugar-free powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons almond milk (see the recipe), a splash of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a pinch each of ground cinnamon and nutmeg to tasteDirections:1.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.2.

Whisk the almond flour and almond milk in a large bowl until they are blended.

Add the baking powder and baking soda and whisk until smooth.3.

Add eggs, one at a time, one egg at a Time, then the melted coconut oil and vanilla.

Stir until combined.4.

Whirl the batter into a 1-inch round cake pan and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.5.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.6.

Cut into squares and decorate with chocolate chips, coconut and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
